Cheerleading with Ms. Halligan
Grades K-5
Led by Glebe teacher Ms. Halligan, all grades are invited to Cheer for Glebe (boys too!) Students will learn several cheers and chants to incorporate into a dance routine. Students will learn cheer safety and the basics of stunting. At the end of the session, they will perform as a team to showcase their talent. They will also participate in school spirit-building activities.
Note: New uniforms are $50 or uniform rental is available for $15.

WeDo Lego Robotics
Grades K-3
WeDo Lego Robotics introduces young students to simple robotics systems. Students will build Lego models with functional motors and sensors, and learn how to control them with basic programming skills. Classes are designed to foster an interest in technology, teach introductory programming concepts, and help students learn teamwork, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Most importantly, students will have a blast while building and controlling their robotic creations!
