Grades: 3-5

This course introduces Lego's newly released EV3 robotics platform.  EV3 features new motors, sensors, remote controllers, and programming capabilities.  Students design, construct, and program their robots to perform sensor-based challenges, as well as robotic competitions.  Course projects include hill climbing, beacon retrieval, color sensor navigation, and robot combat.
