Wrestling with Mr. Gavin will entail teaching the basic fundamentals of wrestling. Students will be required to bring workout clothes with them to each practice. Each practice will begin with a warm-up, instruction and drilling, and then conditioning. Wrestling is the world's oldest sport and student will also learn the roles of discipline and respect. I look forward to working with all athletes in the fall.

This is Kaizen’s newest and most popular program.  Students will get into shape, work on running technique, and ultimately work towards running a 5k race by the end of the session (optional)!

This is a fun, exciting, and imagination-driven class that gives the student a chance to be the choreographer! This is a great class for anyone who likes to make up dances or performances. Each class will start with age-appropriate movement and music incorporating a variety of styles that may include jazz, hip-hop, broadway and creative movement. Students will learn different skills and concepts that go into choreographing a dance for a music video and stage production. The class will focus on providing a creative environment for students of all skill levels. The last class will feature a 15-minute dance demonstration for parents and guardians and the students will be presented with certificates of participation.

In this class, students will have fun learning to draw and improving your skills. They will have the chance to try out different mediums and techniques, including realism, fantasy, and cartooning. The class includes structured projects as well as time for students to work on something of their choosing.
