Come and learn how investors make (and lose) money in the stock market and how you can start investing at a young age! In this hands-on class, students invest $10,000 in a stock portfolio of their choice on day 1 and monitor performance over time. Topics include:

• Stocks vs. bonds
• The ticker symbol game
• Risk & return
• Stock price graphs
• Stock market indices
• IPOs
• Cool finance math, like calculating 'market cap' and percentage gains/losses.
