Instructions for After School Enrichment Registration

 

Class coordinators will reach out to final participants before classes start to confirm enrollment and payment information; current payment information is listed in the catalog online.  For questions about registration, please contact Jessica Burke at jmburke06@gmail.com.

To register for a class:

PAGE 1

(1) Select the quantity of each class that the child(ren) in your household would like to attend. You can register all the children in your household in one transaction.

(2) Select 'Next'.

For each enrollment…

(3) Enter your child's first name, last name, grade and teacher.  Please also let us know if your child has any special accommodations that we need to be aware of such as allergies or asthma.

(4) Indicate if the child is enrolled in the extended day program.

(5) If you are interested in being considered for a scholarship, click yes. NOTE: You must be registered in the school lunch program to be eligible for a scholarship.

(6) Provide after school/emergency contact information only if it is different than the parent's contact information. Parent's contact information will be entered on the next page.

(7) Select 'Next'.

(8) Enter Parent's contact information.

(9) Select 'Submit'.  You will receive a confirmation of your class registration.

If a class is full and you would like to put your child on the wait list, please email Jessica Burke (jmburke06@gmail.com) the following details:

  • Class Name
  • Child's Name
  • Child's Grade
  • Child's Teacher
  • Whether or not child is in Extended Day
  • Your phone number
  • Afterschool contact, if different than yourself
